I always think of that famous line, “War! What is it good for? Absolutely nothing!” and immediately start singing it in my head. 😂 The line comes from Edwin Starr’s iconic 1970 protest song “War.” But this morning, it got me thinking about a very different question we can ask about our goals: What is it good for? We spend a lot of time declaring what we want to accomplish, tracking our progress, and sharing our wins. But accountability becomes much more meaningful when we remember why the goal matters in the first place. Who benefits when you succeed? Your family? Your customers? Your health? Your future? Your community? Maybe the ripple effect of accomplishing your goal reaches much farther than you can see today. So this week, don't just declare the goal. Declare what the goal is good for. Give yourself a reason to keep going when the work gets difficult. 🏆 MONDAY ACCOUNTABILITY: My current goal is: __________________________________________ What is it good for? _________________________________________ Have fun with this one, Champions—and dig a little deeper than the first answer that comes to mind.

Hey Champions, Each week, we have Monday Morning Accountability Check-Ins, which is a fun 20-minute call to energize and set up your week for success. We also have bi-weekly (2x month) community RoundTable events. And then, there are videos and random pop-ins shared with the community.
