Hi everyone - Andrew White here. I work with my family's third-generation commercial real estate company, White Company. We're based in St. Louis, MO and also own properties in FL and TX. My primary focus is acquisitions and development. I also have a legal background and help with the legal component of our business. Right now we're spending a lot of time on small bay industrial and contractor garage projects. We're actively evaluating both ground-up developments and value-add conversion opportunities where existing warehouse or flex buildings can be subdivided into smaller bays. We currently have two flex developments in the works and are looking for additional land and existing industrial properties that fit the model.
