What's going on Jeremy glad to see more people coming on here, I use Joe dispenzas methodology, the meditation where you sit down and chill out , and observe my thoughts and I set up my long term goals and release them " forget about them" ...and I put up like a vision board of sort pictures as a reminder for my subconscious to work out the details ...and at least for me it all has came to flourishion ...I still have more because I know I can always do better and more !!!
