This Financial Self-Defense Education Dojo (FSD) is a completely separate entity but built from my Decade+ of experience running my real world business as a licensed financial services educator and sales person. While my experiences helping individuals, families, business owners, and professionals have certainly influenced the lessons and discussions you'll find here, the opinions and educational content shared within this community are my own and are provided for educational purposes. I'm a martial arts instructor, financial educator, lifelong learner, and occasionally a little quirky (possibly more than a little, depending on who you ask 😉). I believe education should be practical, respectful, and as much fun as possible. Most importantly, I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to understand the financial systems that affect their lives.

I may have just given a hint to my age, but that's ok, I like to have fun while meeting and learning with you all. As you may know, with my re-organizing of the dojo in order to unlock the learning modules I am asking you to please participate in the community, at least a little bit. Please tell us a little about yourself, it does not have to be anything financial it can be something like if you are an animal lover, an artist or what tv show or book you enjoy the most. Of course if you want to share a high priority question or reason for joining you are welcome to do that too. One of the biggest reasons I choose the skool platform is so that instead of ONLY being a passive learning tool, members like you and I would also engage, discuss topics and have fun. As you might feel if you are here, talking about money can be a scary and sometimes embarrassing thing for many people but my hope is to provide support and friendship through this community platform as well as great educational content. I made it through my crazy time, crazier than ever before in my real life agency business AND my real life in general. I am so excited to get back to upgrading this space for you all. Thank you for bearing with me.

I have been working on connecting with experts in related fields like accounting and how money stress can be handled etc. I am excited that this outreach is starting to fall into place. Will be doing up bios and announcing soon. I also have finished up a little starter guide to help women but really could be anyone, with what can seem like a mountain to tackle... full item will be posted soon in the budgeting area but I here is the cover page to give you an idea of what I am almost done.

You may or may not know I am a HUGE proponent of having multiple income streams. I currently run multiple businesses, this one as a Digital Educational Platform, in parallel to my financial education and licensed professional in Canada (and leader of other Business Partners in this field). I also own and live on a rental property with 3 different rental types on it, residential, storage and commercial. I now have also been blessed to have the opportunity to bring rent out another building and space to another business. As such I am looking for help as an Admin for this community, more for engagement, growth and helping me with restructuring and uploading information etc.... do you know of anyone well suited and who might be interested?
