Matthew 6:34 “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.” One of the greatest thieves of peace is living everywhere except the present. We replay yesterday’s mistakes.We worry about tomorrow’s problems.We miss what God is doing today. God gives you grace for today. You don’t need tomorrow’s strength yet.You need today’s obedience. Don’t waste today’s opportunity by carrying yesterday’s regrets or tomorrow’s fears. Be fully present. Pray today.Work today.Love today.Grow today. If you faithfully steward today, God will take care of tomorrow. Reflection What has been stealing your focus—your past, your future, or distractions in the present?
