I might be there if I can't sleep.... 😴
Course Creators
The session this morning was so helpful. Marketing training topics are evergreen. We can always improve. I was specifically reminded that collaborations allow us to borrow an audience from someone with a complementary offer. Definitely planning to send out a few messages to proposw a phone call to see which prospects are potential collabators.

Why Most Courses Never Become Contract Worthy
One pattern I see constantly in course based businesses. People build courses around what they know, but not around what someone is already paying for. A course can be beautifully designed and still never convert into a contract, consulting offer, or retained opportunity. The difference is not effort. It is positioning. Courses that turn into contracts usually do 3 things well. They solve a problem that already has a budget. They are specific enough to be implemented inside an organization. They clearly connect learning outcomes to business results. When a course is built with contracts in mind, it stops being just content. It becomes proof of capability. This is where many creators get stuck. They focus on completion instead of conversion. If your course had to justify its value to a decision maker, not a student, what would need to change? That question alone tends to shift everything.

This is a great point!
Objectives question
I'm building out a course for program. How many objectives is too many for a module?

If you are trying to give them a quick win, shorter modules with fewer objectives. As a former educator, we often over complicate curriculum. In adult education, too much information is stressful and may cause overwhelm. But the best news is… you can test it! The first version won’t be perfect. Feedback from real buyers will help you find the right pace! Best wishes!
Asking Your Audience Changes Everything
Most offers fail before they launch. Not because the idea was bad. Because the creator never validated demand. Your audience will tell you: What they are overwhelmed by.What they are actively trying to fix. What they would gladly pay to stop dealing with. But you have to ask. And you have to listen without explaining yourself. The fastest way to make money is alignment. Alignment comes from conversation, not assumptions.

And I’ve recently learned the best test is a payment link! 🧐🙃
