I would love to hear your thoughts (& everyone’s!) about doing friends’ & family’s hair. Do you give a discount, and if so how much? Or do they pay full price?

@Julie Facer very true and it’s probably more on me, like I feel the need to discount them more than they expect the discount. Emotional pricing has always been a tough one for me but I’m working on it! I can definitely see how that could cause issues with relationships I’m sorry it went that way for you!

How are you doing? How’s business for you all right now - busy, slow, enjoying the last weeks of summer? I’ve been working on stuff on the back end that I’m thrilled to bring you - Utah peeps keep your eyes peeled for a live in person event coming soon!! Are you gearing up for the holidays? Do dread or love them???

I’ve been a little slower also but it’s starting to pick up again & clients are booking their appts through the rest of the yr which I love! It’ll change a little but it gives me a good idea of my holiday schedule!

Piggy back off espresso 11 - the ability to hold more. When you are ready to pivot - you may say “who am I charge this, offer this, post this etc”. Here I talk about how to navigate and handle that!! As always love to hear your thoughts and feedback!

What are you wanting to become the expert at ???
We had our first cutting coaching call and there are so many more to come!! So tell me what do you want to Improve on? And I want you to think micro - like bangs, make more feminine looks, texturing, etc. I want these classes to be short, direct and something you can apply immediately so let’s get micro behind the cuts!! Tell me What you want below and I’ll get that added to the calendar ⬇️

I’ve given up on social media! I don’t even have a hair pg anymore. I have a pg for my other biz & was constantly prepping/thinking about what to post & in the end not getting the results I wanted anyway so I stopped posting. That said I love watching other stylists tips & techniques on social media!!
