Summer of Scale🔥 Strategy - and what we need from you
Team, The leadership meetings at Physiology First have been 🔥 lately. We're gearing up for two major scale initiatives - one digital and aimed at supporting teens and families directly, and a global launchpad for our franchise scale. If you want to reach your goals in this program - to help share physiology-based skills and tools with the next generation - focus on two things. 1.) Get REALLY damn good at communicating the foundations. Practice in front of a mirror, a camera, or with families in your community. 2.) Begin pulling together a community. Plugging in our audio breathing program once per week takes less than 30 mins. Working with real people on real physiology is the only way to become great at this work. For those who are serious about being part of a long term scale mission - applications for the Physiology First Fellowship are open. Daily resources, a weekly implantation toolkit, 1--1 support. That journey begins next week - and we want the most motivated people in the room. DM to join the Fellowship. It's going to be a rocket ship couple of months🚀 Looking forward to sprinting forward, together.

Weekly Recap: What's Happening at Physiology First
Team, I want to start sharing a Sunday night recap of what's happening across the organization. This week: • @Darren Bailey owner of Physiology First Riverina launched Physiology First Football - an opportunity for teens to learn the Physiology First Foundations through sport. Amazing work, Darren👏 The question is...what kind of ball is it? I'm a dude from N.J and still trying to get my head around "football" in the U.K. 🏈? ⚽️? 🏉? Help me out🙏🏽 • We had meetings with business partners all week re: the franchise model we're rolling out. It's a "business in a box" model combining sauna/plunge/strength and conditioning/ yoga and biotech - and the world has never seen anything like it before. If will redefine how we think about health, fitness, performance, and human potential. More details soon! • We finished the "done for you" professional development program for schools around the world. It will be available in all languages🌎 See a vid of me presenting the curriculum in Portuguese below😎 Physiology First Fellowship members will have proprietary revenue sharing opportunities on this $5k - $10k program. • The Physiology First Fellowship begins next week. A new model for health and human development. The next generation health practitioner. For those interested in investing in the new program and turning that investment into revenue, impact, and opportunity leave your legacy in health send me a DM. • We put out feelers for a 21 day Summer Reset Challenge for teens across the globe to help them unplug from technology, build healthy habits, and create a blueprint for lifelong mental and physical health. The response from parents so far has been inspiring! We will likely have enough traction to launch it and run a mid-July to mid-August program both virtually and in-person at our Manchester, UK campus. Tons of opportunities to support these teens after the challenge in your community! Let's pump this program and help teens enter the summer (or, in Australia, the Winter Reset) with the skills to put their physiology, first.

@Darren Bailey Oh, men!. Here in Australia they get so trigger everytime I talk about real football, against Australian "footie". There is a reason why football is an universal game.
10 Founding Spots in a New Program
Team, Hope everyone is having an inspired week🔥 Expect some major updates over the next few days as we approach the last 60 days before the school year begins. Public, private, alternative, and home schools are all looking for physiology-based education and resources. Whether you're interested in partnering with schools directly or with youth-focused organizations and teams teaching kids about their physiology can happen in one of two places: 1.) Spaces where kids already are. 2.) Spaces that you create to bring kids together. We have 10 spots open in a new professional development program that will benefit the following members: • You are self-motivated and full of energy to get this knowledge into your community. • You are entrepreneurial. • You are interested in playing a long game with Physiology First. You see where the future of health is going, how health technology is restructuring the health hierarchy, and the opportunity to provide deeper health insights than any practitioner in history and empower a generation of kids and families to unlock their own potential. Significant revenue generation opportunities and community impact potential for all involved in the new program roll-out - with special upside for the founding ten. Just shoot me a DM if this is of interest and we can jump on a zoom and discuss. Appreciate you all and looking forward to sharing some exciting update and to seeing many of you at our Deep Dive on Thursday.

@David Bidler thanks David!♡♡♡ That's what we truly want!. Getting to all those who need it the absolute most, not just the ones who already "can". I will watch it all and start putting in into practice with the community, and train their families. Will you guide me also through any of the programs that specifically merge: maths+spatial processing+sound+and speech production (as a whole, it needs to be done together). I need help with more protocols that target the Cerebellum. I already have created a quite a few over the years, but some of them are stilltoo hard to manage without an actual gym. Just because I require tactile floor-grids for targeting number sense in 3D. Predictive-timing and sequencing is altered or underdeveloped in the autism population. So, Temporal Sequencing Protocols are a must, but need to be heavily scaffolded for variables. Desynchronization it's at the heart of everything. And it's ripples are devastating.

@David Bidler We will unpack it, YES.♡ No, I don't do the sum of parts, be reassured. I just know a lot about a lot of things. You are going to like how my mind works!. Victor Max is a walking breathing science lab, sort of (and others!). He is living-evolving-science and give you "feedback in real-time". I had to fine tune, through trial an error (and risks), methodologies that would work following our natural evolutionary marking. I even had the existing literature on primitive reflexes before they weren't even a "thing". I got into this area-war because of the consistent catastrophic failures from all of the systems in place, David. All of them!. Because some crazy dude decided years ago, that autism was a "behavioral issue" (I will never stop being mad about this!). And instead of trying to stabilise a physiology in turmoil, they decided that forcing Victor to be quiet about his pain and internal disconnect, somehow was the way to go. For me failure isn't even in my vocabulary. There is only doing until it's chieved. The only way it through ♡
Dr. Swati: 30 Day Breath Awareness Pilot
Team, As mentioned earlier this week we're going to help @Swati Thakur bring the Physiology First Approach to 500 medical students. Let's have some fun designing the best possible approach to implementation in this unique and high impact setting. Here's where I would suggest starting. Step One: Announce a Foundations of Breath lecture. Online, in-person, or hybrid depending on logistics of bringing everyone together. Step Two: @Swati Thakur opens the lecture with her "why" and earns the trust and ear of the room. She shares 3 core principles from our Foundations of Breath module. For a group this size I would share the simplest principles from the module: Breathe through the nose, breathe lightly. 📸 Me presenting exactly these principles to a large group of students. Co2 tolerance testing, breathing biomechanics, personalized breath training work in small groups - simple, easy to implement principles in large groups. She could then offer the following digital resources from Physiology First. A digital copy of my book, Breathe to Perform and our Breathe to Perform app w/ audio tracks as an accompaniment to the lecture. https://breathe-perform-physiologyfirst.replit.app/about She could close by letting everyone know they are invited to be part of a 30 day Breath Awareness Pilot Program - informal and designed to help them reduce stress, heighten awareness, and build a more conscious relationship to their breath. 30 Day Breath Awareness Pilot Program🫁 Can 3 Simple Breathing Principles Shift Resting Physiology in Medical Students? “This informal pilot explores whether 30 days of breath awareness is associated with measurable changes in resting heart rate, respiration rate, stress, focus, and energy.” Use a 3-day baseline, then a 24-day practice period, then a 3-day final reassessment. Days 1–3: Baseline Just measure: • Morning resting heart rate

@Swati Thakur I think even 100 students can turn into a logistical nightmare. Ask them to sync their wearable to a centralised data app?. One that they may be more willing to follow. They can always write any measurements down, take a photo of it and then send it to you. You could then create individual folders for them. It needs to be VERY simple and accessible for them to adhere to it.
11 star experience.
We talked on our last Deep Dive about creating 11 star experiences in your practice - whether it's a brick and mortar business, a weekly workshop, or a group run/workout. The next 12-18 months are going to separate the health, fitness, and performance industry forever - and the intersection will be the drive to aim for excellence. To leave people knowing how much you care, so they can eventually absorb how much you know. Just got to Lisbon. The host insisted on meeting us at the door, showing us every feature of the place, making recommendations for food and sunsets - and he handpicked this delicious fruit for us this afternoon. He even gave us a big hug. Aim for an eleven star experience with the teens and families in your community and you'll have a place in their heart forever. And a door to wider impact as trust builds and the ability to offer the highest level services in health and human potential becomes yours.
11 star experience.

It all needs way more than "separation", David. The current models in place need a full shake up. Some probably even a completely differente approach, all together. New envisioning, a kind of innovation that would transcend beyond the confinements of any gym... Caring isn't enough!. We need to create what nobody has.
