ARA-290
Is anyone familiar with this particular peptide? ARA-290 I suffer from idiopathic peripheral neuropathy. And I’m always on the outlook for someone to recommend a particular peptide. I am about to start a cycle of BPC-157… but I came across ARA-290 Any thoughts on it or opinions?

@Teresa Williams can you tell me how you dosed and how often? And for how long? How long of a break…. Etc?

@Fleur De Lisa my rat is yet to try ARA … the dosing and cost per mg is just really high for my budget. But! SubQ BPC did start to give relief right before I cycled off. I am starting a new cycle soon that will be local to my feet, rather than systemic. I hope it helps.
Eat before pinning?
First dose reta starting Monday; curious if eating beforehand is better, to avoid nausea? Or any general meal timing advice?

In my experience, yes. High protein meal prior. My rat never had any issues.
Why Retatrutide Might Be The Answer To Your Weight Loss Plateau (The Glucagon Factor)
Alright, let’s talk about something I’ve been getting asked about constantly—plateaus. If you’ve been on sema or tirz and the scale just… stopped moving… you’re not alone. And no, you’re not doing anything wrong. I want to break down what makes retatrutide fundamentally different and why I think it’s going to change everything for people who’ve hit that wall. So Why Do We Actually Plateau? Here’s what’s happening in your body when weight loss stalls. Your body is smart. Too smart sometimes. When you start losing weight, it notices. And it doesn’t like it. Your metabolism slows down, your hunger hormones shift, and your body basically becomes this ultra-efficient machine trying to hold onto every calorie it can. This is called metabolic adaptation and it’s why pretty much every weight loss method eventually stops working as well. On sema, most people hit this wall around week 60. You’re cruising along, dropping weight, feeling great… then nothing. The scale doesn’t budge for weeks. It’s frustrating as hell. But it’s not you failing. It’s biology. Enter Glucagon: The Third Receptor Ok so here’s where it gets interesting. Semaglutide hits one receptor (GLP-1). Tirzepatide hits two (GLP-1 and GIP). Retatrutide hits three—GLP-1, GIP, AND the glucagon receptor. That third one is the game changer. And here’s why. In the phase 2 trials, people on retatrutide at the 12mg dose lost an average of 24.2% of their body weight over 48 weeks. But here’s the kicker—the weight loss curves showed NO plateau. They were still losing when the trial ended. The researchers straight up said a plateau hadn’t been reached yet. That’s wild. That basically never happens. What Glucagon Actually Does So what is this glucagon receptor doing that’s so special? It increases energy expenditure. Not just appetite suppression—actual increased calorie burn. Your body burns more at rest. It ramps up fat oxidation. Your liver starts breaking down stored fat for fuel instead of just sitting on it. Less fat creation, more fat burning.

I Made It Home Updates For The Week Ahead
I made it back home for Thanksgiving this week the price tool will run like normally. As far as educational posts I already have a few planned but there may be less videos. Whenever I have free time I will be responding but a little slower than usual. Planning to spend some time with family and this one pictured below I think she missed me. Thank you for all the support ❤️
