We thought our story wasn’t “big enough” to share… until we realized this
For a long time, we felt like our stories weren’t “big enough”.Not extraordinary enough. Not the kind of stories you usually hear. You see stories of people healing from cancer, extreme illnesses…and ours? Burnout Family trauma Generational patterns Mental and emotional struggles And somehow that made us feel like… maybe it’s not significant enough to tell. But over the past weeks, something shifted. Through conversations with Farhan, and also hearing Cris share her story, we realized something really important: Healing doesn’t always look dramatic. And it doesn’t have to be, to be real. Healing can be: – learning how to regulate your nervous system – coming back from burnout– breaking generational patterns – learning how to love yourself – becoming a different person than you were raised to be And that matters just as much. So we felt… now is the moment. In this podcast with Farhan, we open up about: – Vincent’s journey through burnout, the physical symptoms, and how he found his way back – My journey through generational trauma, growing up with a narcissistic mother, and how that shaped me… and how it led me to becoming a mother myself And honestly… this episode is just the tip of the iceberg. If you feel called to listen, we’d love for you to take the time to watch it 🤍 And if something resonates, or you want to go deeper into any part of our journey, feel free to reach out to us. Also, if you can, go support Farhan—leave a like, a comment, or share his work. He’s creating space for stories like this to be heard. Because maybe healing doesn’t have to look extreme…to change your entire life. Thank you so much already for your support and openness to listen to our stories, Warmly, MC & Vincent Here is the link to the podcast episode on Youtube you want to listen to it on Spotify or any other podcast service, please check out this link

@Maria Cristina Beima I love how our healing unfolds every day and how it’s okay when it happens softly and gently. We are creating miracles in those small, quiet moments and they add up. The more we continue showing up for ourselves, the more healing happens lovingly, patiently, and with grace. Both of you, MC & Vincent, are such a beautiful inspiration to this community reminding us to never give up and to keep doing the work. So much love to you both. 🙏💝🧘‍♀️🪷😇
