As promised, here’s my recap from Collective Genius Elevate. I recorded a Loom sharing what I saw, heard, and felt being in the room. Big takeaway for me: this is why CG works. You’ve got high-level operators all in one place. Everyone is doing deals. Everyone is generating motivated seller leads. And everyone is strong at something different. One person is dialed in on acquisitions. Another is great at dispositions. Someone else is sharp with systems, automations, or leadership. The cool part is those people are all in the same room, actually talking, sharing, and helping each other level up. What stood out most wasn’t a single tactic, it was the environment.
