If your heart gets broken, time can help heal it.I used to think heartbreak was like a broken plate once it’s shattered, it can never be fixed. But when you lose everything, it takes courage and strength to pick up those broken pieces. With the help of people who love and care about you, those pieces slowly come back together. Never be ashamed to ask for help. Just like every story, we all experience different kinds of heartbreak. My sister’s story broke me, but it also made me realise how beautiful life is and how much it’s worth living for. Every piece of me has been helped back together by the people who know me, and I’ll forever be grateful for that. So I guess what I’m really trying to say is thank you.And when I think about how grateful I am… I’m glad I chose to stay. 💚

🌙 WHEN ONE FALLS CAMPAIGN 🌙 On the 23rd May, we will be meeting at Clarence Pier at 21:00 and walking down to South Parade Pier and back, finishing at midnight. This event is to raise awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. We would love for as many people as possible to come along, grab a drink, have a chat, and help raise awareness together. We are doing this walk in the evening because the darkness symbolises the times when people may feel at their lowest or in their darkest moments. Our message is simple, no matter how dark things may feel, you are not alone.
