If there’s one thing missing in our industry it’s proof. Not proof of this group selling to businesses. Although it’s insanely exciting to see all the success stories. Proof that what we are building is moving the needle for these businesses. Use cases and data showing because of this agent, business XYZ made an additional $xx,xxx. Data showing lead response time went from 1 hour to 2 mins and that resulted in X% increase in revenue. Metrics like this one…you can use this one… …One customer saw a 40% increase in monthly lead volume just because our live agent was enabled on their site capturing leads 24/7. What ROI are you seeing? How many bookings are you getting from your DBRs? What other metrics would help you PROVE what you are selling actually does move the needle for businesses. This group needs this data for validation. Showing real numbers and not just speed to lead metrics and wow factor bc it’s AI is the logical next step. I'm creating a webinar for my agency, I keep running into a mental block...how do I handle the install for companies who already have ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, Jobber, Housecall Pro, etc? What are you telling them and how are you handling the install?

Painting AI Employee Locked In
Sharing a sales win here. Local prospect which started conversations back in November. Took a few calls and a demo but locked them in for a 3 month minimum. $900 build fee $399/monthly Only a web chat AI employee so no A2P approval (phew, it's getting harder and harder to get approved). Booking directly to Google calendar. Any watch-outs when it comes to painters?

@Simon Preziosa Started conversations back in November. Was a cold call. Originally talked about DBRs but less interested in that. Sent bot mock-up demo. Did a demo on the next call. All in, I've had 4 conversations with them. They'er pro testing things to see what works to scale the business. They have over 700 5 star reviews so they're pretty dialed in in terms of processes.

Hey Ya'll! I have shiny object syndrome today and need your help. Which sales activities are you doing that are yielding moderate to good results? What are the metrics behind it...number of out reaches to closes?

Real estate DBR client signed today! $5,000 build fee + $1,000 month I’m billing $1,500 a month with $500 going towards the build. They can pay that off earlier if they’d like, of if they cancel before payoff, they pay the balance. AND Got two more realtors on the hook for the same thing. Both told me “2026, my goal is to Re-engage my fringe client list”…which to me is pretty much everyone in your CRM bc who has time to call, text, and email every client they’ve worked with in the last 5 years? @Kevin Eaton they have a MASSIVE list of clients and bring in a lot monthly so we’re reaching out each month to the old and the new ones once they hit a certain age. All to ask if they’re looking to make changes to home situation ie buy or sell a home. To them it’s just a numbers game. They just don’t have the time or agents to reach all of those people. Build is $5k one time. Monthly is $1,000.
