Good morning everyone! I have a goal that I'm working on & would like your feedback. Goal: Become a Commercial Mortgage Broker Timeline: 2 years Target: 2027 I have my first interview today with a Commercial Mortgage Broker and I want to learn the real path not the polished version. Questions I plan to ask - How did you get started - What steps mattered most early on - What skills should I focus on first - What would you do differently if you started today - What should I be doing in my first 6 to 12 months - What mistakes slow beginners down - What would you recommend I start doing now If you’re in lending real estate or finance drop a question I should ask or something you wish you knew earlier. 2027 is the target and I’m moving with intention.
