These make me so happy

Our dearest @Suza Roswandowicz opened a kiln a few weeks back and didn't like a bowl that she had refired. I thought it was gorgeous and told her so. She was kind enough to send it to me, with a special note, and a couple of other thoughtful gifts. But the greatest gift of all is the friendship that we share. Little did I know, when I started my pottery journey, that it would enrich my life in so many ways. Thank you, Suza, from the bottom of my heart! Here is the video of the gifts that were sent. I love the combination of flux blossom with rose quartz and amaryllis. And now I’m curious if someone tried it with Mayco coral instead of amaryllis?

I’m borrowing this from @Ronda Bynon, who said during the call that this community feels like CREATIVITY on steroids, and honestly, she is absolutely right.🤪 What was supposed to be a one hour recap of NCECA Detroit with @Clare Fuchs, @Renée Glasgow, and @Ona Papageorgiou beautifully guided by @Jeanette Stevens, turned into almost two hours full of inspiration, information, and excitement.✨🤸🏻‍♂️ Now I already feel like there is no way I will be able to experience everything Baltimore has to offer. Not just NCECA itself, but also meeting all of you, which will be such an important and special part of this journey, along with hopefully some successful pottery shopping 😄 It was a wonderful call.🥰 We recorded the part that focused on NCECA, and we will upload it to YouTube as an unlisted video.
