I was wondering if anyone else runs into this issue. When my guy or I complete a job, most of the time, the customer is very happy with the finished product. When I send the invoice, I include a link to my Google Business page and ask for a review. I’ll also mention it again when I follow up about a week later, but it rarely seems to work. Has anyone dealt with something similar or found a better way to get satisfied customers to actually leave a review?

Hey everyone! Just wanted to introduce myself. I recently passed my Florida certified plumbing contractor exams and I'm in the process of getting my company up and running. I joined the group to learn from everyone here, connect with other people in the industry, and hopefully contribute wherever I can. Looking forward to getting to know everyone and learning from the group!
