Triple Stacking a PUMP Search
@Zach regarding PUMP you can triple stack it using a title search. It's very manual like searching for death certs, but any mortgage should be on the title and my understanding is that a reverse mortgage is just a rider on a standard mortgage. Thoughts?

It's actually really easy. The data set is really small, but there's all kinds of problematic loans out there like prepayment penalty loans I'd imagine.

Double Close Financing
Does anyone have a good referral for financing a double close in CA? The property is in Los Angeles County so 90% of cases are next day recording so frontside records one day before backside.
