Horse-shoe bend
This is a vintage kerckhaert horseshoe size 3 These horseshoes are high density, springy European carbon steel that are engineered specifically to resist crushing forces . Really happy with these two feats so far with steel bending. This 3 took me 47 seconds. Now the 4 took id say maybe 2 mins longer. So far have bent a 4 and now 3. The higher the # the harder they are. Im sure there's people out there that can do it but of course there's always going to be someone stronger then you that's how I look at things but we are altogether working on the same kind of movements/goals for the most part so let's keep going together & stay positive as one. Have a good weekend 🫡

Wrist wrench training
58 lbs timed holds (13 seconds) I'm really liking training with the wrench whole different feeling with this implement you start feeling the effects of this awesome piece of equipment after set one lol. My max as of now is sitting anywhere between 66-70 not going to test it for another couple weeks though.

First horseshoe bend
So i just did more research on the ones i have This is a vintage kerckhaert size 4 on the back is stamped 4L meaning size 4 & would have went on the Left side. Then by the side is a K circled in mean kerckhaert originally manufactured in the Netherlands. Apparently a harder horseshoe to bend. So im definitely happy with this feat. I bought bunch of them at my local antique store. I did not get it on video sadly 😭 I know im sorry. The next time I do one I will. I was inside of my apt. Doing it 🤣 maybe I'll bring one out Sunday when I head out to the park.

@Conner Hammond I definitely feel ya on it. I feel like technique is going to play a huge roll in these 2 feats. Like for the horse-shoes I did some research once you start feeling it give go full force cause the molecules in the steel get warm & if you take a slight pause that point of contact where it started giving will start to cool & it makes it much harder to continue bending. If that all makes sense.

Home made wrist Wrench
I just built a custom wrist wrench to train for the inch dumbbell. I heard a few of the people in the community say that the wrist wrench helped them quite substantially to train for the inch dumbbell. The handle is slightly bigger than the RGT from Grip Genie. Which I believe is 2 3/8 just like the inch. The grip that I have is very slick which I hope gives me a predisposition so when I give my inch trainer a lift makes it feel way better because of the texture difference. Let me know what yall think and which wrist wrench’s you all use!
