I own 32 and it's been great! I get higher rents, guaranteed rent, annual increase, strong demand, and low turnover. Key is picking the right market and having a good tenant screening process

@Edward Meyers I don’t disagree with some of your thoughts but the government works slow so there is no chance of the rug getting pulled from underneath you. Which means in the meantime, I get 10% or higher over fair market rent and I have guaranteed rent not to mention I get a rent increase every single year on all of my section 8 rental rentals.
