Safe weight loss options for sedentary people
Any recommendations for safe weight loss options for a sedentary person? I’m skeptical of the GLP1s due to their side effect profile like reduction of muscle (including heart muscle tissue)

@Tony Huge what are your thoughts on the reduction of heart muscle?
SARMs side effects
If someone got some gyno from puberty, do you think they are more likely to experience that as a side effect from SARMs?
My Latest Bloodwork After 13 Years Being Enhanced
Watch the discussion here: https://youtu.be/qJvkdQ3Az_s?si=c5FOzlRhuekex7pb After more than a decade of being chemically enhanced, I recently reviewed my latest bloodwork. In this discussion I talk about what it’s like maintaining a bodybuilding physique using compounds such as gear and HGH, and how that lifestyle compares with the typical expectations placed on natural bodybuilding. One point we explore is the idea that enhancement can change how someone approaches: diet training intensity body composition The conversation also touches on how factors like glucose and blood sugar regulation appear in bloodwork and what that might say about metabolic health. It raises an interesting question about how fitness strategies evolve in what could be described as an “unnatural world.” This discussion is meant to explore perspectives around performance, health markers, and long-term enhancement, not to provide medical advice. Question for the community: How often do you check your bloodwork or health markers? And if you’ve tracked them over time, have you noticed anything surprising? Curious what people here have observed.

Do you cycle the MK-677 and slin?
Nicotine
Is there any evidence that nicotine prevents aromatase enzymes from converting testosterone to estrogen. Vigorous Steve was talking about this.

Natural Test Support Idea
Let me know what you think about this natural test stack. From Nootropics Depot: Dioscorea Nipponica - 1 capsule in the morning Tribugen - 1 capsule in the morning Cistamax - 2 capsules in the morning Tongkat Ali 2% extract - 2 capsules in the afternoon From Life Extension: Testosterone elite - 1 capsule in the morning From Vitamin Shoppe: Fadogia Agrestis - 1 capsule in the morning I’m considering 3 weeks on/ 1 week off or 2 months on / 1 month off (fadogia would be 3 weeks on / 1 week off in this cycle to avoid toxicity issues)

@Gumble Gar I agree and tend to do the same myself. From my research, that product was the cheapest/most convenient option for Tesnor and Luteolin. I wasn’t able to find a cheap bulk option for Tesnor when I last looked.

@Tony Huge I was thinking of trying your recommended stack of 3AD + DHEA for a month, then switching to this stack for 2 months.
