Keeping an eye out! Super excited for this transfer.
 Disciplined preparation builds professionals that people trust
Commit to 10 to 20 minutes per day. Start today preparing for that area. Don't wait to feel confident. Prepare until confidence follows, because confidence doesn't come from hype. Get pumped. I'm gonna get this done. If you don't know your numbers and know the marketing, you can act like you're confident but true confidence comes from being fully prepared, and that comes from discipline. How will you prepare today?

I'm preparing today by taking heavily detailed and focused notes. I've found when I do this it allows me to remember things more in depth. True confidence comes from knowing all of the in's and out's of something. Time to apply that to everything I come in contact with.
Early Wins for the Year
Early wins matter — more than we often give them credit for. They’re easy to dismiss. Too small. Too early. “Just part of the process.” But early wins are signals. They tell you that your habits are working. That your consistency is paying off. That your discipline is creating forward motion. Momentum doesn’t start with massive breakthroughs — it starts with small, intentional victories stacked day after day. A good call. A solid meeting. A follow-up completed. A new relationship started. A routine you stuck to. A week you executed with focus. These moments compound. When you acknowledge early wins, you reinforce the behaviors that created them. Confidence grows. Energy rises. Belief strengthens. And suddenly, showing up feels easier because you’ve proven to yourself that the work works. The key is not to get complacent — but to build on the momentum. I like to ask myself: - What did I do that led to this win? - How can I repeat it with more intention? - Where can I apply this same focus next? Celebrate progress. Stay hungry. Keep executing. Early momentum, when harnessed correctly, becomes the foundation for a truly strong year. Let’s keep stacking wins — together. Comment below, what are some wins for year?

@Matthew Antonis LETS GOOO!
“Mastering others is strength; mastering yourself is true power.”— Lao Tzu
This quote cuts straight to the core of what real growth actually is. It’s easy to measure strength by external wins — deals closed, numbers hit, recognition earned. But the kind of power that lasts… the kind that carries you through pressure, uncertainty, and long seasons of building… that comes from mastering yourself. Self-mastery is the ability to stay disciplined when motivation fades. To remain calm when emotions run high. To act intentionally instead of reacting impulsively. To keep showing up when things don’t go your way. In real estate sales, you can’t control the market. You can’t control clients. You can’t control timing or outcomes. But you can control your preparation, your mindset, your habits, your response, and your standards. That’s where true power lives. When you master yourself, you become steady under pressure. Clear in decision-making. Grounded in your purpose. Resilient through setbacks. And people feel that presence when they work with you. So take a moment and reflect: - Where in my life am I reacting instead of leading? - What habits, emotions, or thought patterns need more discipline? - How would my business change if I mastered my consistency? - What would it look like to lead myself at a higher level this year? External success is important — but internal mastery is what sustains it. Let’s keep doing the real work.

It’s a good reminder that growth starts internally. There are moments where I know I can slow down, be more deliberate, and hold myself to a higher standard. Consistency would change the pace and clarity of everything I’m building. This year is about raising how I lead myself day to day.
Circle Community Launch - I don't know, maybe I shouldn't?
As you know I am building out a community on circle to launch along with a Real Estate Discipline app that will aid RE Professionals in daily accountability, habit tracking, prospecting and overall personal / business development... we are getting very close to beta testing the app which is very exciting! Also, on Jan 12, I will open up the circle community and extend that offer here. This skool page will become public and will be a feed in which I'll continue to post daily but not the face of The Realest Discipline Community. Building this app and community has been a good reminder for me on how much discipline it takes to build something new from the ground up. I have no audience, no natural draw to using social media lol and no application or web development skills. Why in the world am I going down this road at a time when AI is catching amazing momentum and there is too much information on the internet? I am still coming up with answers but here are a couple reasons. I know how hard it is to struggle early on in real estate and I was able to figure out how to overcome the struggle and having staying power. I love helping people and want to give new agents a greater chance of success and a support system with like minded people looking to grow personally and in their business. Even though there is a ton of great info out there, the real WEAK SPOT in the armor is accountability. As my mom would say "where rubber meets the road". If you don't follow through consistently, everyday, show up and put the work in - follow through.... than that's a problem. Community is huge for showing up and having accountability for YOU and for OTHERS. Another reason is because I like the challenge. I legit have a thought every other day like why are you doing this, no one will care or want to join your stupid community! Maybe, but wouldn't it be amazing if I put together a room full of fantastic people excited about real estate that had a similar growth mindset and wanted to show up everyday be accountable, help others, help themselves and make huge strides in personal growth & income? That would be absolutely amazing! Screw the voice - Let's go, the power of showing up everyday is stronger than the voice, the compound effect is stronger than doubt and having a mission to help others by bringing them together with community will help multiply your output quicker and help you produce far greater results than if one travels the road alone.

You’re opening the doors to something you believe in, not just launching another group. A place for people who want to show up, push themselves, and build something better together. That’s a big deal. January 12 feels like a start line, not a finish. New conversations, new momentum, new wins, all built day by day. Really pumped to see this community come to life. Let’s go!!!!
