A LOT COMING IN 2025
Hope you all enjoyed your holidays! I have a lot planned for 2025 and have been spending these weeks prepping everything! Early 2025 I will be coming out with a cookbook, my own custom app, and a lot of different modules to add to the course. My main focus in 2025 will be helping you all lose fat, although I will still be posting some videos on gaining weight (bulking) my main focus will be shedding weight. Excited for 2025 with you guys! Also, I don't want to overload you guys with information, I want to post short videos in here on very important concepts for you to take and apply to your own journey. In today's world with social media one of the biggest problems is the overload of information, I want this community and course to be focused on the simple important things that actually make a difference.

Does this count as water intake?
So I like to add flavor, or zipfiz, or protein to my water does that mean it still counts as water?? I truely don’t know?? I mean it’s made with water, but so is beer and soda, and vodka, and I don’t count those at water oz. To my day??
