Introduce yourself in the comments here: - Who you are - The outcome you want in 30 days - Your current stage (idea / validating / building / live) . PLS USE the poll or in the comment STEP 2. Do NOT Launch Yet (If You Haven’t) If you haven’t created your Skool community, pause. Action does not mean rushing. Start with Day 1 inside the Classroom and move in order. Clarity → Launch. STEP 3. Questions so far? Post them here or as a separate post in the Q&A category. Or in the relevant step. Public questions help everyone move faster. The rules are simple: - There are no stupid questions - The only stupid questions are those not asked No silent observers here. You joined because you want results. Let’s begin.

@Carin Chantel morning 😁 our brain are too clever… exactly what you say to strengthen the muscles because they are weak and they are needed to protect…so basically what you tell yourself is that if you have a pain you are weak 🤔 the pain we feel especially in our backs are because of muscle spasms and a muscle spasms is a contraction so all you are doing is exercising or contracting a already a tense muscle… on another point…the sciatic nerve or any nerve do not give pain ..nerves send signals to specific areas in the body and those signals is not pain so no such thing as sciatica…we need to learn safety and calmness and not danger…danger is your brains or subconscious’s job and runs off memory 😁
