Is there any videos you people recommend?Just asking for recommendations and there is tons of videos on YouTube that has film study for different leagues.

As a hooper myself,I see myself wasting time which is true. How can I turn that wasting time/laziness around and actually spend productive time in a day as a hooper.What about for other work?
