I remember vaugley that there was a asituation where cody had 3 investors and instead of buying them out at 200k each he went a different route... I don't know the exact details but I'm curious what could possibly be done to make his investors accept a different deal other than the buyout/ takeover penalty of the property... When submitting an offer, usually the agent attaches the proof of funds with it. Do you wait to have the funds first so you can attach it to the offer or do you try and skip that and find the money after it's locked into contact? If so, how do you get the agent to submit the offer without any proof of funds? Agents usually don't want to take the chance without it because if you back out then they waisted their time... Hey everyone, once you lock it up under your name, according to the docs provided in the course, you need to then form an LLC. But how does the LLC own it if you're on title? Do you have to transfer it? Because there's no way you could have the LLC purchase it initially since the LLC did not exist at the time it was put under contract right? Thank you!
