@Chris Jordan and I are both mentees who joined the course around the same time, 1 year ago. For the first time ever, we met today We exchanged stories. Chris is working towards a 14 unit. I’m working towards a 25 unit. At this rate, in a few months we should each have 10,000 units and billions of dollars

Cody's Buyout
I remember vaugley that there was a asituation where cody had 3 investors and instead of buying them out at 200k each he went a different route... I don't know the exact details but I'm curious what could possibly be done to make his investors accept a different deal other than the buyout/ takeover penalty of the property... If someone can please let me know that would be great! Thanks!

Proof of funds?
When submitting an offer, usually the agent attaches the proof of funds with it. Do you wait to have the funds first so you can attach it to the offer or do you try and skip that and find the money after it's locked into contact? If so, how do you get the agent to submit the offer without any proof of funds? Agents usually don't want to take the chance without it because if you back out then they waisted their time... Thanks!

LLC Ownership?
Hey everyone, once you lock it up under your name, according to the docs provided in the course, you need to then form an LLC. But how does the LLC own it if you're on title? Do you have to transfer it? Because there's no way you could have the LLC purchase it initially since the LLC did not exist at the time it was put under contract right? Thank you!

You’d assign the PSA to LLC prior to closing so that you vest title in LLC not your name
