What’s the plan this weekend? 👇🏻

Well it depends on the temps. Probably a roadbike ride on Saturday, along the coast to catch a bit of sea breeze. Sunday will be airconditioned gym Hyrox type of training.

Running over 35 is Different
Not worse. Different. You can still run PBs. You can still run marathons. You can still become incredibly fit. But recovery, strength training, and consistency matter more than they did in your twenties. How old are you, and what race are you currently training for? 👇

@Adam Lester I would recommend to run on your anticipated marathon heartrate and see what pace you are running after like an hour. That pace will tell you what your finish time will be if everything goes right

Run solid marathons - train FEWER miles. I help age-group runners get strong, fit & fast, without endless long and slow 18+mile training runs.
