The Leadership PowerPoint resources you produced with embedded video clips and lessons have been the most valuable to our program. In-season, we often meet as a Team on Monday's to go over one of those lessons. It really helps emphasize one aspect of leadership/culture going in to the week. We keep stacking those lessons weekly and by the time we hit playoffs, our Team culture is very strong. Ideally, I'd like more of these short video clips or stories, along with lessons and/or questions to further engrain the learning.

Or, adding to my previous comment, if other coaches could share the videos/stories that have helped strengthen their team culture, that would be very valuable as well.
