@Paul Sirvinskas I would say a free challenge could be part of the transformation someone goes through because of/with XYZ, but to to continue implementing and integrating that in life, you need to invest more long term which is why upselling only makes sense. Otherwise a challenge, and the results of it, are (all too often) like the outcomes of short term diets. They work, but as soon as you stop and go back to normal... It needs to become part of our lifestyle. That's generally the only something lasts. That's the type of impact I care about. Lasting impact over quick fixes because nothing and no one needs fixing!
