Share your proof or reflection in the comments. 3. Consistency matters more than perfection. 🗓️ Daily Disciplines Day 1 – Rising Early: Wake 1 hour earlier than usual. Share your wake-up time. Day 2 – Physical Mastery: 30 minutes of exercise. Show your proof. Day 3 – Stillness: 5 minutes of meditation. Share your reflection. Day 4 – Clean Fuel: No junk food today. Share your clean meal or note. Day 5 – Knowledge: 30 minutes of reading. Share the title. Day 6 – Gratitude: Record 3 things you are grateful for. Post them. Day 7 – Brotherhood: Connect with someone new, or reach out to an old friend. Share what happened. 🏆 Recognition Those who complete all 7 disciplines will be acknowledged as Founding Brothers of The Bagha Method. This distinction will not be given lightly.
