My biggest challenge right now would be getting up early. Early for me is 5:00 am. I hate waking up early but I deeply feel that I could get some business stuff done. I just hate waking up before 7am. What do you do?

If I was to remove just one habit that steals my time, energy, or focus — it would it be stop smoking 🚬. I've got it to about 1 to 2 smokes a day. But it's time to remove it from my life.

I honestly don't make promises. They can be broken. I live by the, "Let your Yes be Yes and your no be No".

Sorry for late post... 📆 Day 2 – Physical Mastery: 30 minutes of exercise. Show your proof. My 30 mins was done with my 9 to 5 grind...I focus lifting with proper back structure so I don't kill myself at work lol. Plus I have kids sor they always keep me going. This Saturday will be our family biking week. Kids keep reminding me. 💪 📆 Day 3 – Stillness: 5 minutes of meditation. Share your reflection. I actually do 30 min of chakra focus mind and body work.
