I have are few questions with per country / international/ region with type of details in ulitily / trademark patents. 1) should I publish my first patent in my country of Australia with both trademark/ ulitily/ functionality with very limited amount cash? 2) China are going through new changes this year with P/I ( trademark/ patent), should we register our own your I/P in China as well so china doesn't copy our products? ( For product protect) 3) tiktok shop live shopping with instagram shop stores are they only in your country only? 4) how can you protect your products if you patents your in social media in your patents protect Areas only ( geographic area)? 5) What is the best way to sell the product is licensing are product compared to make it yourself personally for profit margins?. It will be greatly appreciated any advice. 6)What is best way word to use of term in use by how it work to stand out in the right way. ▪︎ i found the play of word in writing on patent applications are very similarity term to describing the product patent. 7) what are the best example of are patent to use as reference points to use for example? In short amount of time i have been the group, i would like to thank everyone that has helped with information on patents/ trademark. I thank you, very much. I have are updated for my invention , by making two prototype product but i found are few small issues , but the prototype work very well as i hope. In the process of fixing it.I found 3 different industry that I could use in for my product commercial kitchen and hospitality industry/ kitchenware products/ outdoor lifestyle space .With all different varieties for them and 3 different design concept.I found13 customer and 3 coffee/ fruit& veg shop are interested in them but once i make my finished final product to do demonstrateof the product. Thank you 1)A) What type patents of product to the functionality of the product or conceptual design B) all patents are the same for one country for the protect in the international market place? 2). How important is patents for product /Trademarks your business name/ product at the very start to money? 3) a)Are the patents process is the worth the piece of paper no? ( personally you protect the product by any one can change the product by 10 % by redesigned product ,I will not be protected.) Hey everyone, i have had some thought on software. I started with fusion 360 about 8 months ago. My bench top cnc uses Easil, so i have been using that aswell. When I got my big cnc it takes a memory stick. It's been a real struggle bouncing between both cnc mills. Now I look back at all the struggle this past year and think it was worth it. Because now I can do just about anything on fusion. Dose anyone else use fusion 360? I also design for 3d printing, that's a big factor in using this software. It's just works, but it took a tone of time to finally get here. Everyday I learn something new. Im on a parametric design spree. I really want to make a fiew pieces that can make a bigger price tag, and hopefully make a profit. What do you all use, and how did you start using it? Thank you all for the help and support.
