Good Evening Strong Dads! Here is a Quick Look ahead for Strong Dad Society. 1) Later this week will see the launch of The Strong Dad Society’s Black Book of Nutrition and Black Book Of Training. These will feature key guidelines and principles for your own nutrition and training. 2) The tiers of membership within Strong Dad Society will provide access to different features for members. As a member, you can level up to the next tier by remaining an active member and engaging / posting within the community. Features will include access to digital training programs and more. So, remain active. 3) Strong Dad Summer Challenge Starts June 17th. More details to come on this. 4) The Strong Dad Podcast coming this summer
