Love the mental obesity metaphor. I am definitely there too- so much information. Too much even that I don’t even know where to start! This definitely brought a little clarity here. Need that action plan!

@Sean McAvinue probably two things that we talk about- 1. Find a focus point or two and look for that and be ready with modifications. 2. I always look ahead at the class, but I want to be sure to have specific modifications ready and have members write those modifications out- I have a couple of frequent flyers that I have rewritten their boards to help them understand- I feel like I wasn’t getting to them altho I specifically talked to them during the briefing 🤷🏽‍♀️ .

hello! Clear Costantino here! I also coach at CrossFit RDT and have for the last two years. i am always looking for new cues and ways to get people to move better. Like many of you realize, different cues work for different people. With that, I would love to learn and practice identifying faults more easily, especially in experienced atheletes. Time management is always important- and I know I could use help here with larger classes. I think better coaching means being adaptable, constantly learning, taking feedback and trying new things. I think this must be done while engaging with atheletes and getting to know their wants and needs to better help them.
