@Sam Bernard good to meet you too!
What are your plans for the weekend?
I know some people work regardless of the day of the week, some just chill out on weekends, and others have occasional (or regular) great plans. Where do you stand on this?

I usually don’t plan too much on my weekends (for the most part). And my work weekend currently falls on Thursdays and Fridays. This weekend I asked the kids if they wanted to go for a drive, to which they were both keen. So we took the backroads through the nearest couple of towns and took in the sights. It was a short trip but really satisfying. Later on in the evening I stopped off at a really cool wine bar for a couple glasses of red. Today I’ll continue my weekend with no specific plans knowing there are plenty of options and set the intention of enjoying myself where ever I am.
Day 3: Tell Us What You’re Building - 7-Day Kickstart Engagement
What kind of community are you building (or planning)? Use one sentence or a messy brain dump — clarity comes with action. 🎯 Bonus: Share who it’s for and what transformation they’ll get.

@Blair Stevenson I’d love to all about the acronym and what each letter represents

@Blair Stevenson there is a lot of alignment with your Reframed model and what I do. As a coach focused on helping others live with purpose, I’m especially intrigued by your motivating with meaning step. How do you help clients find their meaning?
Day 5: Share a Quick Win or Learning - 7-Day Kickstart Engagement
What’s one insight, shift, or small win you've had since starting this challenge? Doesn’t have to be deep — sometimes realizing “this isn’t that hard” *is* the breakthrough. 📣 Post it as a comment or full post

This might not necessarily be a brand new insight for me, but it definitely applies to this 7 day challenge. Sometimes you want to do the thing, but in that moment you don’t have the energy or bandwidth to do the thing. Then you tell yourself you “should” or “I need” to do the thing and make yourself feel bad or guilty that you’re not doing it. In these instances, it’s more helpful to take some deep breaths and listen to what your body is telling you and give yourself grace. Motivation doesn’t work through sheer will or force. If you’re not feeling motivated in the moment, that’s ok. The feeling will pass. Allow yourself to rest and process the feelings in your body. Then do something that makes you feel happy and invigorated. You’ll feel more alive and engaged. From this state you’ll feel more connected and in alignment and the thing you thought you “needed” to do becomes the gift you are inspired to give.

@Rob Alvarez it may be the act of giving oneself grace for the feeling you’re having that helps to move past procrastination, which is itself an egocentric declaration of autonomy designed to maintain homeostasis.
