How do you plan to train a guard and a big together at the same time. I struggle with trying to balance to both and find myself focusing more on one side in a session.
@Jaxson Phifer I usually try to incorporate drills that involve both players. PNR, PNP type drills and then work on the mismatches. Have the big be aggressive in the post when he gets a guard switched on him and vice versa, by having the big guard the guard on the perimeter to simulate a screen switch, etc. Even in the mismatches they still get work (post player has to become a better perimeter defender and the guard has to be a better post defender, etc) In Pick and Roll/Pop drills you can emphasize passing from the guard and catching with the big. A lot of guards i train can make basic passes but making them do pocket passes or hook passes is something that was new to my guys. My guards also have a big problem of throwing it down at the big's feet which makes it difficult to catch in traffic. You could also emphasize finishing with the guard having to finish over the bigger player and work on the big being able to handle ball pressure from smaller players if that type of work fits the players. Just my thoughts. Apologies for the novel 😂
I use it as well. I reached out to their support and immediately got a phone call from their sales team. I believe the high school + pro film package is $2500 for the year. Which I find very beneficial for my summer workouts when I’m training my college/overseas guys! If you’re curious I would just fill out the form on their website and their sales team should reach out for more info! @Misha Horsey
