The content that connects does something different. It makes people feel understood. It talks about the thoughts they've been having when nobody else is around. The things they've considered trying. The frustrations they don't usually talk about. The worries that keep showing up at 2am. When people feel seen, trust starts to build. And trust is what creates action. Not pressure. Not hype.
