I have to be honest. I don't wake up every single morning of my life feeling like I got this. A lot of times I wake up and I find myself feeling like I don't have what it takes to keep going. I feel like quitting! Some days the impostor syndrome feels so big and so heavy. This is something I still struggle with. I tell you this in hopes that you feel like you are not alone. So what do I do when I am feeling this way? I put one foot in front of the other. I already have my plans in place and I continue to execute them. I don't let how I am feeling stand in the way of my dreams. I know now that quitting is the ONLY WAY TO FAILURE! As I start taking each step, I find that I start feeling better. These actions produce something in me. It produces confidence and mental toughness! Don't get me wrong, I love my work, I love my family and I love my business, AND I am still human. I am not some sort of super hero that wakes up ready to fight the world. Sometimes I have to fight myself first. I take a walk, I listen to a podcast, I phone a friend and I go out and do what I set out to do. I take each step and knock out my daily goals one by one. I know that somedays won't feel as good as others and that is where the mental toughness is built. You will have these days and that is okay. What is not okay? Letting it stop you! Know that you are not the only one that feels this way! So let these days make you stronger and better. Keep going no matter what, never give up, never quit! That being said, can't wait to see you all on the Monday Motivation Zoom!!
