We are seeing more activity with buyers wanting to move forward as we begin a new year. What do you say and do when a buyer is not qualified for the property they want to see?

As a listing agent, I tell the prospect that I have promised to show their home ONLY to qualified buyers. Often, that chases them away, and I'm ok with that. Also, there have been a plethora of Phishing emails on every new listing I post. So far, none have been willing to speak with me in person. ....
