Hi, I’m Clara 🙋‍♀️ I recently discovered Skool and… now I’m running around showing everyone about it 🙈 I joined one community out of curiosity and within about five minutes I’d accidentally created my own. So now I’m officially a Skool addict 😅 I run a space for women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or like they haven’t exhaled properly since 2017. We do somatic practices, gentle reflections, and tiny nervous-system resets that make life feel a bit less… much.
