🏔️ Welcome to The Summit Code
First of all, welcome. Good to have you here. I've created The Summit Code for one reason. To help people break free from the limitations they've been living with and start taking control of their lives. I've learned over the years that real change doesn't start on the outside. It starts within. With the way you think, the stories you tell yourself and ultimately who you believe you are. That's what we're going to work on here. Through my Battle Ready Immersive programme, subconscious mindset work, meditation, breathwork, physical training, longevity protocols and regular group sessions, we're going to put the tools in place to create real, lasting change. But here's the thing. Knowledge without action is worthless. This isn't a place to sit on the sidelines collecting information. It's a place to do the work, challenge yourself and become someone you're proud of. Your mountain might be your health, your confidence, a destructive habit or something you've spent years putting off. Whatever it is, it starts with a decision. So here's the first thing I want you to do. Introduce yourself below and tell me one thing: What's your mountain? No need to impress anyone. Just be honest. Remember, it's not what we achieve in pursuit of our goals. It's who we become. Your mountain. Your mission. Your transformation. Ollie 👊

Hi folks I’m continuing here after a year on mission breakpoint where I’ve seen loads of progress. I am more resilient, less reactive and more focused, I also own fewer belongings. I may even have ordered myself a light kettle bell you never know 😂 😂
Simplifying my wardrobe
As some of you know, my Mrs wants us to separate so I've been moved to the top floor bedroom. It's quite small 😂. So I'm using it as an opportunity to make my life easier. Do I need 14 work shirts? 6 pairs of running shorts? 42 pairs of socks?? 17 t shirts? I like them and do wear them but it's excessive so I've taken half my wardrobe to charity. Less choice means less brain power used which in turn means a simpler life, and more energy to focus on what's important.

Sending Kindness to you Tim I continue to minimise my belongings as someone who has lived in small spaces packing cubes can be really useful for storing clothes. I find rolling rather than folding great and six organised packing cubes can transform small spaces along with over door hangers.
New year 🎊
It was my birthday yesterday - so new year for me and a new start, well a continuation of my journey of self improvement - so glad I joined this course - just need to complete the last one 🫣 - only a few more exercises to do 😁
