For those of you who sell digital files on Etsy, when you sell a file and advertise it as a tumbler wrap, do you sell the file at a size already optimized for a tumbler or do you sell it at a larger size that can be used for t-shirts, mugs, stickers, etc by the customer resizing appropriately?

Does anyone use Adobe Express for background removal? Also, I know this is a stupid question, but I have seen so many videos that give different answers, that I'm now completely confused and it is one thing that has been a thorn in my side for far too long. I'm hoping someone can give me an answer. My question is, if you have an item that you want to sell as a tumbler wrap should you always remove the background, whether black or white and regardless of how much background is visible? I have been removing the background, but watched a video the other day for wraps and it had a large white background, yet they left the background in tact. I'm assuming that removing the background makes it more of a clipart which would allow the buyer to use it on other items besides the tumbler wrap, but with the background, the use would be limited to the tumbler wrap. Is that correct? I'd sure appreciate some advice.
