Sharing is caring!
Share a recipe that your child loved and you will also find recipes I will be adding to my cookbook for picky eaters.

My son also loves Ants on a Log. It’s a fun, easy snack that kids can make themselves—just celery, peanut butter, and raisins!

@Deb Spotleson cranberries is such a good idea! I’m going to have my son try it!
Weekend Dinner Plans
What are your dinner plans this weekend? I’m going into the weekend air frying a whole chicken, broccolini casserole and sweet potato!

I’m going to be cooking steak, asparagus, mushroom and baking some Brazilian rolls.
Introduce Yourself
Hi everyone, welcome to Bravemunity. I'm so glad you're here. I'll go first. My grandkids used to eat almost nothing green, and dinner some nights felt like a negotiation nobody was winning. We are changing a few things, nothing drastic, just small consistent steps, and now they are trying to try something new each time we are together. One thing my grandkids love: fresh fruit, any color, any shape, they're in. One thing they still hate: broccoli, we're working on it. Family activity we love: we play a silly word chain game in the car, one person says a fruit or vegetable, the next person has to think of one starting with the last letter. It gets loud and competitive fast. When my own kids were little, we played beachball baseball in our tiny backyard, home plate was a brick, and somehow every game ended with someone falling in the grass laughing. Now it's your turn. Introduce yourself, share one food your child loves and one they can't stand, and tell us a fun family activity you all enjoy together. I can't wait to get to know each of you.

Hi everyone! My name is Cindy! I’m joining this group because I want to learn more about nutrition and healthy habits for my son. I know there’s always more to learn, and I’m excited to be part of this journey with all of you. One food my son absolutely loves is salad—he’ll happily eat just about any kind! One food he definitely doesn’t enjoy is sweet potato 🍠, but we’re keeping things positive and introducing new foods without pressure. Family activity: Going to the park, nature center, zoo, picnics, taking walks, and having movie nights at home.
