โ€œYou canโ€™t pour from an empty cupโ€ฆ but you can sip while you refill it.โ€ ๐Ÿ’• Hereโ€™s the truth: weโ€™ve all been guilty of trying to run on fumes. Hustling harder, stretching thinner, saying โ€œyesโ€ when our body is whispering โ€œplease, no.โ€ But your energy is currency, and if you donโ€™t budget for yourselfโ€”youโ€™ll end up bankrupt. Refilling doesnโ€™t have to mean a spa day or a week off (though, yes please ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ). Sometimes itโ€™s five quiet minutes with your tea. Sometimes itโ€™s turning off your phone at 9 PM. Sometimes itโ€™s asking for help. ๐Ÿ’ฌ Whatโ€™s one โ€œsipโ€ you can give yourself today to refill?

5 minutes of peace and quiet. No phone, no computer, no tv, no nothing for 5 minutes. Or even going outside to get some warmth from the sunshine
