One thing I want to improve in my dating life is better discernment. Men dont approach women anymore (or at least me lol), so Ive spent a few yrs on dating apps. After I divorced in '19, I got into a new relationship that wasnt best for me. Dating apps havent worked well for me at all and it seems the men nowadays arent interested in serious/long term relationships. I was married for 10y. Ive now been divorced for 7y and have accepted I may not get my "happily ever after" - even though I truly want to be loved and be loved. I want to date and meet men organically - that is my main goal. I am extremely grateful to have found this space because I dont have friends or family to talk with or who will understand navigating life as a divorcee.
Dinner for one recipe- Garlic Tuscan Chicken
DTF Recipe: Garlic Tuscan Chicken (Instant Pot) This simple, high-protein meal is perfect when you’re learning how to cook for one without sacrificing flavor. It’s creamy, nutritious, and easy to portion for tonight and tomorrow. Ingredients - 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs (or chicken breast) - 3 cloves garlic, minced - ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes - 1 cup light coconut milk - 1 cup chicken broth - 2 cups fresh spinach Seasonings (to taste) - Seasoned salt - Black pepper - Garlic - Italian seasoning Optional serving base: - Cauliflower rice - Brown rice - Quinoa Instructions 1. Set your Instant Pot to Sauté mode and add a small drizzle of olive oil. 2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. 3. Add the chicken thighs and season with seasoned salt, black pepper, garlic, and Italian seasoning to taste. 4. Pour in the chicken broth and coconut milk. 5. Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes. 6. Close the lid and cook on High Pressure for 8 minutes. 7. Perform a quick release when the cooking time is finished. 8. Stir in the fresh spinach until wilted. Optional: Let the sauce simmer on Sauté mode for 2–3 minutes if you’d like it slightly thicker. Serving Tip Serve over cauliflower rice, quinoa, or a small portion of rice for a balanced meal. This recipe makes about 2 servings, perfect for tonight and tomorrow. DTF Reminder Just because you’re cooking for one doesn’t mean you stop feeding yourself well. Learning how to cook for one after divorce is an adjustment, but it’s also part of rebuilding routine and taking care of yourself. Stay Down To Feed — physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Question of the week ⚓️
S/O to my founding members! Yall are the real MVPs ❤️ I’ll be doing a livestream next week, and in preparation for that, let me know below what you’re hoping to get from this community? Ive not had the best experiences dating after divorce. So looking for others who can empathize and also for ideas/suggestions for successful dating post divorce.
Welcome to LOVED Well Society
Hi. I’m Christal. And I didn’t create this space because I have all the answers. I created it because I’ve lived the questions. A few years ago, I walked through divorce. Not just legally, but also the identity-shaking, self-trust-testing, “who even am I now?” kind. I had to learn how to let go with dignity. How to stop ignoring red flags. How to trust my intuition again. How to date without abandoning myself. How to believe I could still build healthy, secure love. And I realized something: There are so many high-functioning, emotionally aware adults rebuilding their lives after divorce… but we don’t always have spaces that match our maturity. This is not a chaos circle. This is not a venting room. This is not man-bashing or bitterness. This is a recalibration space. Inside The LOVED Well Society, we focus on: • Healing with dignity • Owning our standards • Dating wisely • Building secure, emotionally safe relationships We’re not desperate for love here. We’re intentional about it. You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to be fully healed. You just have to be willing to grow. If you’re rebuilding, re-entering the dating world, or refusing to repeat old patterns… You’re home. Now introduce yourself below: Where are you in your journey right now?
