Hi everyone! I live in Edmonton Alberta. And I saw an ad on my Facebook feed about this group. I can’t remember how long I’ve been interested in calisthenics but I’ve been wanting to learn but haven’t had the discipline to do so but I’m hoping with the support of this group I can achieve my goal to be more flexible and keep my mobility in good standing. After all wellness is key.
