šŸ† How To Become a Champion This Year
Hey everybody, happy Sunday! Herschy here. Today isn’t just the last day of the month — it’s the start of the final stretch of the year. And if you want to finish strong, you’ve got to decide: šŸ‘‰ Are you going to be a champion in your business and your life? I’ve been fortunate to win championships before — from golf leagues, to graduating top of my F-16 class, to scaling businesses past revenue marks we’d never hit before. And every single one of those wins came down to two things: Focus + Dedication. The truth? You only have about 90 working days left this year. With holidays and distractions coming fast, this is your window to lock in. What Makes a Champion in Business? 1. Increase Your Value – Don’t be ā€œjust the PPC guyā€ or ā€œthe SEO gal.ā€ That makes you a commodity. Champions raise perceived value by building relationships and becoming indispensable. 2. Be Consistent – Champions don’t win by chance. They win by doing the right things, over and over. Just like ā€œ75 Hardā€ for fitness, think of this as your 75 Hard for business. 3. Frame Your Services as High-Value – Stop calling it ā€œbloggingā€ or ā€œads.ā€ How you name and frame your offers raises or lowers your value instantly. (Pro tip: use ChatGPT to brainstorm stronger names and positioning.) 4. Communicate Like a Champion – Keep your clients updated. Share wins. Make sure they know the value you’re delivering — not just the tasks you’re doing. Here’s the Challenge If you’re ready to dedicate the next 60–90 days to focus, execution, and becoming the champion your clients can’t afford to lose… šŸ’¬ Drop CHAMPION in the comments below. That way I’ll know you’re locked in, and I’ll keep dropping content and insights that’ll help you level up before the year closes. The next season of the year starts tomorrow. This is the time to forge yourself into the best version of you — for your business, your clients, and your future. Let’s make these last 90 days the ones that count. Who’s in? šŸ† Put CHAMPION below if you’re with me.

šŸ› ļø Are You STUCK as the Handyman to A Local Business?
I haven’t posted a video in a few days—been deep in client work. One of my top-tier clients (we’re talking five figures/month) just asked me to build a second premium website to target a new ICP. Why? Because the first one worked. They also just signed on for Data as a Service, where we generate buyer-intent leads and handle the outreach. We’re not selling ā€œa box.ā€ We’re solving real business problems. And that got me thinking… Too many agency owners still operate like the handyman. šŸ‘‰ Driving the 1996 Ford Ranger šŸ‘‰ Stickers on the side šŸ‘‰ On-call, underpaid, and undervalued šŸ‘‰ Doing everything but owning nothing We’ve all started there. But the goal is to become the General Contractor. The person who: āœ… Gets paid premium to manage the project āœ… Doesn’t do the plumbing—but knows the best plumber āœ… Talks to the client once—handles the rest behind the scenes āœ… Delivers results through leveraged talent, not just time Right now, I’m doing five figures a month in SEO—and I’m not the expert. I’m the connector. The orchestrator. The GC. So here’s what I want you to reflect on this weekend: Are you still the handyman? Or are you becoming the general contractor in your agency? Drop a comment below and let me know. šŸ‘‡ And if you want early access to the behind-the-scenes interview with my SEO partner (the one driving those 5-figure retainers), just comment SEO below and I’ll send it to you before anyone else gets it. Let’s level up together. Enjoy the holiday weekend and remember what it’s really about. —Herschy

@Dara Ceccarelli Oh my goodness ... SUPER-DARA! It pleases me greatly that you liked it, Dara. Thank you so much for taking the time (I know you don't have) to check it out. I just bet that someday we will work together on something, and it will be fun and fabulous. šŸ˜Ž

ScanSuite Setup
Help - Is there anyone who wants to help me get my ScanSuite Setup? Feeling overwhelmed at the moment and really want this done. @Chuck Maddin @Carla McNeil @Art Remnet and anyone else who has time this afternoon. We can do a quick zoom. It is mostly my Google API and funding the account again.

Hey Dara, sorry I just now saw your post. I set up last week and at that time we were encouraged to use the "legacy" (older) API. It was activated with 27 APIs in the dropdown list. Day before yesterday, I saw in Settings that now, we're encouraged to use the New API. I went back to create the new one, but I only checked the Places, Maps and a couple other APIs. I too, got "error" messages in the ScanSuite software. I went back to Google. As it turns out the "old legacy" API I did not delete, upon checking the list of activated APIs ... the New Places API was already checked! I replaced the Google API with the original one I first setup with the 27 APIs including the New Places API and BOOM! It's working fine again.

I like to hop and skip and take long walks in the rain without a functional umbrella. I'm also fascinated by small, shiny objects. (not actually)
