Hi! I am Christy from Greece and I am a yoga teacher. I have been studying somatics for the last two years now and the more I learn the more I get interested in the human nervous system. What I have realised is that I have learned nothing around my cycle and how it affects my nervous system and healing. So, since I have followed Veronica’s account, it felt like I have found that missing piece, and I am so very curious to dive into learning more on this! Thank you Veronica for this space!🪻
