Instead of panicking, I turned the music down, started asking the chat questions to keep people engaged, and quietly tried to troubleshoot. I kept talking. I kept the energy up. I didn't freak out. Some people said it got better. But new viewers were still saying it was glitchy. So I made the call to end the LIVE about 30 minutes early. And that was the RIGHT call. Here's the lesson: Things WILL go wrong on your LIVE. Your sound card might act up. Your internet might lag. Your music might cut out. It's not IF — it's WHEN. It happens to me. It happens to creators with millions of followers. It will happen to you. When something goes wrong, here's the playbook: Don't panic.
