Midterm Contracts
Hey everyone, my contracts midterm is just a few days away and I’m feeling a bit lost. Do you think I should focus on Michael’s videos, class notes, or something else? Any advice would be really appreciated.

I’m a big fan of the videos and use the little outlines underneath as a base. From there, add the restatements and relevant cases (smoke ball and Minneapolis surplus are big ones), then practice essays and MCQs!
Outlining for 1L
I am a 1L and my midterms are coming up within the next month. I am starting my outlines, and I was just wondering how some people are making theirs and what are some good strategies that you are using in creating them?

Exciting times! I’m a 2L just for reference. It’s pretty professor dependent where I’m at, so take it with a grain of salt. For contracts, I really like using the outlines under the Studicata videos and using those as a base. I would watch the video and have it prepared before class. From there all I had to do was add restatements/UCC/ cases and whatever nuggets the professor would give during class without having to create something from scratch! This method also worked really well for me for Civ pro and Constitutional law. Some of the Civ pro concepts were missing from the Studicata videos, so i supplemented with Richard Freer on Barbri. Everyone has their own flavor of what works, but the biggest thing is practice essays. Use your outline to do them and find out what you wish you had and the easiest way for you to organize it. I was able to CALI torts/contracts/Civ pro but other people used other methods and were able to CALI the other classes. The main thing we had in common was we all drilled practice essays
Pls help
How do we use this? I bought studicata for case briefs and the teaching but I cant find anything on this new website

I have a subscription, but it's not tied to my account. How do I link them?
