How often train plyos
How often do you train plyometrics and how often e.g. sport specific training, endurance or strength

depends on a lot of factors. But typically you can jump/train more frequently the earlier on in your training career. I train 2-3x per week right now. I used to train 4-5x per week
Rest / Week sessions
When I train plyometrics, how long do I need to rest? 1 day? 2 days?

Depends on which plyos you do and how your body recovers, but I usually rest 2 days between aggressive sessions. Earlier on in your jumping career you can jump more frequently
