Nervs before a match
I am a junior in high school and at the beginning of the season I fractured my forearm and elbow, making me miss out on 7-8 weeks of practice, duals, tournaments, etc… Ever since I came back my team says I'm pretty good for where I am right now, but I let my nerves get to me a lot. This was also the reason I wasn't able to place at CIF this year. My teammates always say “it’s just a match”, or “your only on the mat for 6 minutes”. But it doesn't work. Idk how to be confident in myself even when my team believes in me
Level Change
When I level change, I do it too slowly and telegraph it. Any tips to help me level change quicker, like mobility or strengthening exercises?

Maybe some stance in motion or if not some power cleans Power cleans help your whole body by becoming more explosive. Stance in motion by going all at it for 30 seconds and then back to a normal pace. In those 30 seconds go as fast as you can and only do level changes and shots. But it could also be your setups. Do you get them square, is the person you're working with at practice already predicting your go-to setup/move? Or you can just ask your coach to watch you during your live, so that you can get an honest answer from someone with more experience.
